Terms of use

1. Operator and scope
These terms govern the use of NONI, provided by Cloud.Seven Digital Solutions GmbH, Mittererstraße 21, 3100 St. Pölten / Unterwagram, Austria, company register number FN 653330f, Regional Court St. Pölten. By creating an account and using NONI, you agree to these terms.
2. NONI service
NONI helps you record food, drinks, body and optional Apple Health data and provides personal summaries, recipe suggestions and AI-assisted guidance. Available features may depend on your device, permissions, language and data sources.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your access details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Your account is personal and may not be transferred to another person.
4. Your entries
You are responsible for checking information you enter or import before relying on it. You may only upload photos and other content that you are permitted to use. Do not use NONI for unlawful content or attempts to interfere with the service.
5. Nutrition and external data
Nutrition values may come from your entries, the German nutrient database BLS, Open Food Facts, recipe providers or estimates. Product composition, portions and preparation can differ. Please check packaging and actual quantities when accuracy matters.
6. AI-assisted functions
Photo recognition, meal estimates, recommendations and adapted preparation instructions are generated with AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. AI results are guidance that you must review; they are not verified facts or official recipes from third-party brands.
7. Health notice
NONI is a nutrition diary and wellness aid, not a medical device. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment or substitute for medical or nutritional advice. Seek qualified professional help for health concerns or before making material changes where this is appropriate for you.
8. Apple Health
Apple Health integration is optional and controlled through permissions on your device. Apple Health values can be incomplete or delayed. You can disconnect the integration as described in the app; data in Apple Health remains under Apple's controls.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to operate NONI reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security measures, external providers or technical events may temporarily restrict features. We may improve, add or remove features while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
NONI software, design, branding and original content are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Third-party data and marks remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
11. Privacy
The current privacy policy explains how personal data is processed, including account, nutrition, photo, AI and optional Apple Health data. In the app, it is available under More → Privacy policy.
12. Ending use
You may stop using NONI at any time and can request account and data deletion through the app. We may restrict or terminate access when required by law, for security, or after a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
13. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
14. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will communicate material changes in an appropriate way and obtain renewed acceptance where required. Austrian law applies only to the extent that this does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence.
